Programs can be tailored to suit your individual needs or budget.
Please ask at your initial consultation if you have any particular issues or needs that are of concern to you that we may be able to address and resolve for you.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for purchase. These can be ordered over the phone and sent directly to you or the person for whom the treatment is intended with a personalized message included.
Clinic hours
We offer flexible clinic hours to assist with busy schedules, however we do operate by appointment only.
Cancellations
Unless otherwise agreed, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. All attempts will be made to confirm appointments with you at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
A $50.00 cancellation fee will be payable when appointments are missed or cancelled without appropriate notice.
Punctuality
Out of respect for all our clients, we ask that you advise us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Arriving late may mean that your appointment may be shortened and we may not be able to provide your full treatment.
Payment
Payment is required at time of treatment.
We also have a number of extremely generous packages available.
