Lyte Clinic Packages Terms and Conditions

Full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement unless by prior arrangement with the management.

Should an alternative payment method be negotiated an additional 25% loading will be applicable and payable prior to the completion of the package.

Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours notice will be deemed to be taken.

Cost of the package is non-refundable, however one transfer per package is permitted to another person.

 

Treatments received prior to payment for the package are non deductable from cost of package.

 

All treatments within the package are to be taken within 12 months of payment date.

 

Individual treatments are interchangeable to other services offered by Lyte of same or lesser value. Should a treatment of lesser value be desired, no refund of the difference in price will be payable.
