Our Expectations – Clinic Etiquette
In order for us to reach your expectations, we ask the following:
Bookings
At time of making your booking, we will require your name, together with an email address and mobile phone number. This will enable us to confirm your appointment.
Alternatively a booking fee of $30 will be payable at time of making your appointment. This amount is fully redeemable on any products or services
Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a payment of 50% of the treatment cost.
Appointment Times
As a courtesy o our other clients, late arrival for an appointment may result in a reduced length of treatment time.
Packages
The full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement of treatments unless by prior arrangement with the management.
Should an alternative payment method be negotiated an additional 25% loading will be applicable and payable prior to the completion of the package.
Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours notice will be deemed to have been be taken.
Cost of the package is non-refundable, however one transfer per package is permitted to another person.
Treatments received prior to payment for the package are non deductable from cost of package.
All treatments within the package are to be taken within 12 months of payment date.
Individual treatments are interchangeable to other services offered by Lyte of same or lesser value. Should a treatment of lesser value be desired, no refund of the difference in price will be payable.
